Soccer means family, teamwork, and a chance to thrive. At IR Academy of Soccer, our goal is to provide girls and boys with a first-class, highly competitive soccer experience where they can strengthen their physical, mental and social skills. We are a development-first club and provide player-centric experiences that build community and pride.

OUR MISSION

IR Academy of Soccer Development is dedicated to promoting the sport of soccer among the local youth and providing an outlet for players to train and compete. Our non-profit organization is community-based and committed to the individual player's development. In order to do so, we place emphasis on training that is appropriate for each player's age and ability level regardless of financial background. Our primary goal is the development of players from diverse backgrounds into motivated performers. IR Academy would like to instill the awareness that success can be achieved with hard work, discipline and dedication.

How we became IR Academy

In 2007, the girls competitive soccer club Rage was launched in Elk Grove. In 2009, leaders from Rage and the Inter boys competitive soccer club in Sacramento agreed to a merger and became Inter Rage. In the years following, Inter Rage became IR Academy, serving girls and boys competitive soccer players in Elk Grove and our surrounding communities.
